Ever wonder why, even among close friends and family members, giving someone YOUR interpretation of Scripture rarely comes to a  pleasant agreement; and often leads to bitter feelings and resentment?  Speaking on ones interpretation of Scripture rocks the very skeleton of those who hear it; as it should. It's power is scary; and if misused or misunderstood, can cause tremendous damage to a relationship; regardless of how close it is thought to be.

Add to this, throughout history, every major religion ( through nation states) has used THEIR interpretation of Scripture to justify the use of violence and other un-Godlike behaviors. Why is interpreting Scripture so problematical? If the Word of God is true, and I for one am CERTAIN that it is,  then why such dangerous and potentially catastrophic disagreements between people over what it means? Why is the curing of souls moving more and more away from the churches and into the hands of psychiatrists? What is at play here?  What does the future hold on these issues? Will they finally march us irrevocably into the end of times?

At first look, this will be an incredibly dire analysis, as I state, with ample support, that this world is on the express train heading south.....and picking up steam!  I pull no punches and my intent is not to please.  If the FAITH of my readers is not fully matured yet,  many will not want to read pass this introduction. I truly understand that feeling and pray that they will still read it through; for their HEARTS will be lifted in the end!  I've been inspired to write on this and the passion within me is overflowing .

Many will be quite angry and upset at my analysis and call me everything but a Child of God. I expect this barrage. Nevertheless, since my faith DEMANDS courage from me, I will risk attacks and criticisms of all kinds. I am equally certain that there will indeed also be many who will see this as TRUTH after a careful analysis and a deep look into their own hearts and FAITH.

The ending is the GOOD NEWS OF THE GOSPEL to lift our spirits once again to continue our good works.

I realize that many good people with faith fully support the death penalty. There is little I can say to change their minds. Some of the families of the victims of the DC sniper actually celebrated his execution! I of course will not judge them as I am certain that their pain is impossible for me to feel. Instead I am presenting this chilling tale by Dante, that I believe he was inspired to write, to show that even for the most gruesome of crimes, we should TRUST GOD to dole out perfect justice.  All man is capable of  is revenge.
